Dr. Joseph Gabriel is the best doctor ever. He is an angel sent from above to help medically care for the sick. I have been seeing doctor Gabriel for over 20 years. He's gives great medical care. He's compassionate. He always takes time to listen. And he has a special way of making you smile and feel better even when you're having a rough day.

I have been seeing Dr Guram for years. He is a fabulous doctor who takes the time to listen to me. He is very thorough and doesn’t leave anything out. I am extremely satisfied with his care and I don’t feel that I have to worry about something being missed. He prints out my labs and goes over each one with me. The wait time here is never bad. As with any doctor you expect some wait. The rooms are neat and organized. The staff here are all polite from check in to check out. I recommend this practice to anyone. It is a great practice.

I don't usually give this practice a one-star, however, someone please explain to me how I owe when I have already met my deductible this year. I don't ever have to pay anything for my other doctors and my prescriptions. So the patient coordinator second from the left looking at the patient coordinators was so rude!!! She made me feel some kind of way and I threw my debit card at her which was wrong on my part. Her reply was "We can do this today, or we can reschedule you". Mind you I went in for chest pains and thank goodness it was not my heart. NP Erin Siciliano was awesome and I usually see Dr. Mandev Guram, however, he was booked solid so I agreed to see NP Siciliano. Love her. Tried contacting Renee Leaphart about her patient coordinator and you know that she has still not contacted me back!!! I am beyond agree with certain people who only care about money. Oh and this patient coordinator called billing and I believe she said Emory and they wanted my card number so they could bleed my account!!! I also told this patient coordinator I just started a new job and "you can not get blood from a turnip". That's when she called billing and asked for my card!!!

I absolutely love NP Amanda Dudley. She truly cares about her patients, She's so caring and understanding. I have never in my 37 years ever experience a Healthcare worker like her. I am so thankful for her. If your looking for someone who will show you respect, who will listen to u and encourage she's definitely the person to go see..

My first visit was a year or so ago with Dr. Mandev Guram! EVERYTHING went well! I am very pleased. Then I went to read updated reviews of the practice or certain providers and it scared me. But then I made an appointment and couldn’t get the day or time I needed, so I took a chance on nurse practitioner Stacey Hoover, and again everything was great! From the front to the back. Check in and check out. However,I can’t speak on any providers that I have not seen. Just know that I am very picky about my care providers!!! They are very knowledgeable, and as of yet , I have no complaints. knock knock knock. I feel fortunate to have found this practice. 😁

Had a sleep study scheduled at a sister facility on 7/25 @ 8:30. No one at the facility at this time, was shown around by building security even to find people. Called in the after hours line and left message asking about it, was berated by doc Hutson about the fact she couldn't do anything. Yelled about this fact in circles for around 3 minutes even. Will only be returning to get prescriptions for medications I need to live and that's it.

I like Dr. Levinson and think he’s a good doctor, however, I am so frustrated with their customer service. I sent the nurse team several messages with a question and no response. Then I asked to speak to practice manager, Renee Leaphart. I gave a brief description of the charting protocol question I had. I was put on hold for a long time and then was told she wasn’t available. I left a message and of course, I never heard back from Ms. Leaphart. I know this wouldn’t fly in my business. Not sure why it’s allowed to continue. On a positive note, the front desk people are very good. he

All in all - if you are a robust advocate for your health and the surrounding services, think twice before heading here. My experience - INITIALLY - was great when Dr. Myrick, Dr. Hurley, and Dr. Ashton were my providers. I believe they are no longer there. Even though there were unnecessary hurdles to accessing the medicines I've taken for over a decade, the providers were always respectful. But since being reassigned my experience has been awkward and borderline discriminatory to say the least. There are certain nurses on staff who have had repeated "bad days" and on occasions have stormed out of my room if I asked too many (or perhaps too difficult) questions regarding my healthcare. Or, have neglected to respond to my follow-up and refill requests. Or, have told me to seek basic and routine services elsewhere. I understand COVID has changed the nature of work but I don't believe it should impact the nature of respect. Especially in a healthcare setting.
